Who does I Am Royal Tea Benefit?

Proceeds for all "I Am Royal Tea" events benefit "It's Her Power". "It's Her Power is a community initiative that encourages women and girls of all ages to redefine and pursue leadership. Currently undergoing it's transition into a nonprofit, It's Her Power houses the programs, It's Her Power Conference & I am Royal Tea. Equally important, It's Her Power encourages men to use their power to advocate as allies for women, too. ​Currently, events are open to all genders.

The hallmark, "I am Royal Tea" event, is a feminist-centered event highlighting the importance of leadership development and allyship among women and men while uplifting women in leadership and politics.

Black Royal Tea

An Afrocentric variation of "I am Royal Tea" highlights the importance of Black Institutions and Historically Black Colleges and Universities while uplifting women in leadership and politics.
