Dream It. Believe it. Achieve it!
“I’ve had so many people tell me that I shouldn’t wear my hair naturally curly on stage, but there is a purpose behind that vision. It’s to show people that you can still be successful, you can still be amazingly talented and still reach all of your goals. I think that’s a universal message that anyone can grab on to and hold on to in their lives.” - Cierra Jackson |
Welcome to Cierra Jackson Pageant Consulting! I created Cierra Jackson Pageant Consulting to help give young women the tools they need to reach their pageant and life goals. Through my experiences in pageantry, public relations and politics, I have learned many lessons and gained a world of experiences that I want to share with you. However, and mostly importantly, I specialize in helping you uncover the Queen in you and what you truly desire from this experience while remaining authentic during this pursuit in your life. I look forward to working with you Queen!

Meet Your Coach
Cierra Jackson is 11-year pageant veteran in competitive pageantry within the Miss America & Miss Universe Organizations, but has been a competitor in the industry for over 27 years. She is a proud alumna of two women’s colleges, Spelman College and Yale University’s Women’s Campaign School, where she studied political science and campaign studies, respectively. Cierra uses her varied experiences in pageantry and politics to give her clients an unique edge to embrace their authenticity and provide a fresh image in their chosen industry. Selected as both a White House and Capitol Hill intern, Cierra served as the only White House intern in her class to serve the Chief of Staff’s office during the Obama Administration. Having experience in political campaigns and administrations, Cierra uses her experience to give her clients a cutting edge in interview and on-stage question phases of competition, as well as, multimedia interviews.
Cierra is also an accomplished singer who has not only worked in the White House, but has performed there too. Cierra, who has also served as a TV host, has been featured in Cosmopolitan, Essence, People and on First Lady Obama’s Instagram and service campaigns. Cierra has also served as an ambassador for two nonprofits, Running Start and She Should Run, where she encouraged and trained young women from all over the nation (and even in Iceland!) to run for political office. She uses all of these varied experiences to aid her clients to build their talents skills, forge strong community partnerships, meaning platforms, and iconic brands that last long beyond their reign.
