Introduction

The client desired to not only secure CJC for herself, but also for the organizations she leads, The Miss Black International Ambassador Organization, and her personal businesses, Let The World Cie Productions & June's Academy of Ballet, as well. The following shares our work together since 2021.

The Press Kits

Press Kits help clearly define the brand of the client both for the client and for any press, media, or target audience members who will engage with the client or clients in mind. Press kits further help prevent any errors in information or press assets shared by the press.

The press kit below was requested by and created for the client to build and strengthen the client's brand. The press kit also serves as a reference and guide to the client of what the client's new key brand points are should they need a clear and concise visual reminder of the new brand that was created and developed in the 1-on-on client sessions.

Media Training & Talking Points

Led by Cierra Jackson Consulting, Media Training done in either a group, 1-on-1 or in a virtual session, allows the client to learn, practice and perfect their media skills. Media trainings help break down the formula for building a great brand to present in any interview room, as well as, the structure of how to answer a question. 

​The skills gained in media training sessions are transferable to practically any interview setting. Paired with the talking points below, Media training allows the client to present confidentially with a strong brand accompanying the missions they are planning to convey and the goals the aim to achieve. 
The picture to the left is taken in a group training and shared here for demonstrative purposes. However, this particular organization utilized 1-on-1 and virtual media training for its members.
The following talking points below are crafted in 1-on-1's with each client. Paired with media training, they guide and help teach the client and their representatives how to control an interview.  Talking points and their format differ from organizations to organization and from client to client depending on the brand of each organization or client and what key portions of their brand need to be highlighted.

Press Placements & Media Alerts

Press Placements are strategically and meticulously garnered and scheduled for clients from pre-existing  press relationships CJC has secured within the media. Each press placement brings the client to a broader audience and helps elevate the client's current brand while pushing the client's brand forward towards the direction they desire their future brand to be.
 
All Press Placements garnered by Cierra Jackson Consulting are accompanied by a custom press alert, as seen below, graphically designed by CJC.

Social Media Assessment

Cierra Jackson Consulting offers Social Media Assessments in every custom package of our clients. Our Social Media Assessments focus, firstly, on identifying and encouraging removal of any posts that do not align with the organization's brand or the brand the organization is trying to create. Next, CJC helps the organization brainstorm, locate pre-existing content and plan new content that is more in line with brand direction the organization desires to move towards. Lastly, CJC helps plan the flow of content so when the target audience views the content it looks streamlined and organized. This in turn increases engagement with the social media page, as viewers want to spend more time on the page, due to it's organization and new, appealing aesthetic. 

Though CJC does not create social media content, in exception to media alerts, CJC does consult and advise one's organization on building the skills to master and streamline their content, so they have the tools to create the content themselves and the longevity to keep creating that content long after working with Cierra Jackson Consulting.

To the left is an example of what the organization's IG page looked like prior to working with CJC.  Our main goals were to  enhance and improve the Aesthetic, Engagement, and the Visual Assets of the page.

After

To the right, you will see the improvements, chiefly of the aesthetic, engagement and visual assets. CJC was able to advise how to improve the flow of content by helping group pre-created content in the far right column that gave the grid view of the profile for fluidity. Additionally, CJC was also able to help create a system for alternating content that still allowed the brand colors to stand out while making space for unbranded community content. ​

By working in 1-on-1 consulting sessions with representatives of the organization, Cierra Jackson Consulting was able to teach representatives new to their roles and the industry, how to maximize their local and global impact. This was especially seen in the personal community connections this organization's representative, Erica Lawrence, was able to make, by curating her own service connections and planning her solo trip to Malaga, Spain. She became the first representative in her role to ever travel to Spain and promote her community initiative of cancer prevention and awareness with her platform, The Heal Initiative.
