Cierra Jackson is a speaker, author, advocate, model, vocalist, host, and three-time Miss District of Columbia. With a BA in Political Science from Spelman College & a diploma from the Women's Campaign School at Yale University, Jackson has become a servant leader in her community and was selected as the only Obama White House Intern to serve the Chief of Staff's office as their communications intern. At Miss America, not only did she win the swimsuit competition, but she became the first woman ever to compete wearing an afro. After winning Miss District of Columbia USA, she became the first woman to win both DC titles for Miss America & Miss USA with Natural hair. As a model, she has walked in runway shows across the nation, including New York Fashion Week & most recently, Miami Swim Week. She has hosted conferences 300 participants-strong, galas for the UNCF Mayor's Masked Ball & red carpets across the country. Jackson is a noted speaker, host and recognized vocalist, and has been seen on Miss America, Miss USA in Essence, People, and even performed from the NBA, WNBA & at the Obama White House.
